  • If you live in the local area, and are interested in becoming a member, you may try out a Free class on Saturday’s at 9am. Please sign up for this class by following the Get Started Link below. If you are unable to attend Saturday’s at 9am, please contact us to coordinate your free class.

VISITORS AND DROP IN’S

Active CrossFitters visiting from out of town may drop in to any of our scheduled classes. Drop in Fee of $20 applies. No reservations are necessary.

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a liability waiver.
  • You may pay the drop in fee prior to arriving.
  • We do not refund Drop-in pre-payment if you do not attend class.
  • We do not offer a t-shirt trade but do offer a $10 discount on t-shirts when paying a drop-in fee.
  • During the CrossFit Open we provide scored judging to drop in’s upon request. Reservations and prior coordination is required. *Additional fee may apply if you request judging other than on the Friday of the Open WOD.

  • We have 5 and 10 day visit discounted rates for Active CrossFitters with extended business or vacation stays in San Diego. FUNDAMENTALS

We require each member to have competency in the 9 Functional movements of CrossFit before joining and attending a general membership session.If you have not previously completed a Fundamentals course at certified CrossFit affiliate, the next step is to complete our Fundamentals course. This course consists of three, one hour sessions with a coach. These movements are core to the CrossFit methodology, and provide a basic foundation of knowledge and skill for you to safely perform them in a group led class. You can expect to see one or more of these movements in each Workout of the Day (WOD) as you attend classes. We will make a coach available on a mutually agreeable time so as to complete the three sessions as soon as possible.

CROSSFIT

Our CrossFit Classes progress with Warm-up/stretching, Strength/Skill piece, WOD, and finish with a cooldown. The WOD Consists of Constantly Varied functional movements at high intensity…All workouts can be scaled in time, weight, repetition, or skill to an individual’s fitness level. As you gain strength and aerobic capacity, less and less scaling will be necessary to achieve the Rx level.

Open gym allows you to work on any skill or workout you like with any equipment in the box. A coach is present and can help you with a skill, critique your movement, or write a WOD for you.

Our memberships are all inclusive with and are only limited by the attendance frequency you choose.

We feature NC60, NC45, and NCCompete programming in our CrossFit, weightlifting, and Competition classes.

BOOTCAMP

Our BootCamp/Conditioning classes focus on cardiovascular and muscular endurance using every piece of equipment in the box, except the barbell. You may also be “outside the box” on a trail run, flipping tires, or pushing weighted sleds. This is an all body workout that is as intense as it is exhilarating. You will leave the box dripping wet.. Be careful, it is addictive..
Our memberships are all inclusive with and are only limited by the attendance frequency you choose.

BootCamp classes occur M/W/F 10am and Sat 9am, these classes are included with our regular CrossFit membership

COMPETITIVE GROUP

Our competitive group provides athletes the resources to provide athletes with a strong foundation and specific tools they need to succeed in competition, and second, to grow a strong community of like-minded athletes eager to better themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. The competitive group enjoys expanded access to our facility.
