Our CrossFit Classes progress with Warm-up/stretching, Strength/Skill piece, WOD, and finish with a cooldown. The WOD Consists of Constantly Varied functional movements at high intensity…All workouts can be scaled in time, weight, repetition, or skill to an individual’s fitness level. As you gain strength and aerobic capacity, less and less scaling will be necessary to achieve the Rx level.
We require each member to have competency in the 9 Functional movements of CrossFit before joining and attending a general membership session. If you have not previously completed a Fundamentals course at certified CrossFit affiliate, the next step is to complete our Fundamentals course before joining as a member.
